The Developer, White Sand Development Ltd., uses the Nikki Beach marks under license from Nikki Beach Hospitality Group Inc., which has not confirmed the accuracy of any statements or representations made herein. The Nikki Beach intellectual property rights contained herein are not meant for personal use and shall not be reproduced without permission of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, whether in print or electronic form.

The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, not covered by the terms of the arbitration provision set forth in this disclaimer, may be filed only in Antigua.
White Sand Development Ltd. and the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, licensees, and/or assigns are not responsible for any damages, whether they be direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, contribution, or indemnity of any kind whatsoever, however caused, arising out of the use of information contained herein.
No Real Estate Broker is authorized to make any representations or other statements regarding the project, and no agreement with, deposits paid to, or other arrangements made with any Real Estate Broker are or shall be binding on the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group and the Developer.
The Nikki Beach licensed mark will remain in effect pursuant to a license agreement. Should such an agreement be terminated, the licensed mark will not continue to be associated with the project.
The residences are just a component of the project, which includes the hotel, restaurant, beach club, residences, and certain shared infrastructure. While services and/or benefits may be offered by the hotel, beach, club, or commercial components, there are no assurances that such services and/or benefits shall be offered or for how long.
