Construction Update August
Site preparation continues to advance as planned, with piling installation underway and heavy equipment moving on-site. As work progresses, we are also carefully retaining select mature trees that will become part of the landscape, helping shape Nikki Beach Antigua’s vision of a lush “Garden by the Sea.”

Progress at The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua continued on several fronts through July, from design refinement to the selection of the project’s principal construction partner.

Work is progressing steadily along Jolly Beach, where The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is taking shape on one of Antigua’s longest protected stretches of west-coast beachfront.
