Register Your Client

As a Referring Broker, we invite you to submit clients for protection in The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua prospect database. If the client name you provide is new and not currently in our database, the client will be entered and protected under your name as the client’s preferred broker for one year from the commencement date of the signed Broker Referral Agreement, unless the agency relationship is disputed or terminated by your client. Clients that are properly registered under the agent and result in a purchase at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua will result in a commission to be paid by White Sand Development Ltd. to the Referring Broker as long as White Sand Development Ltd. represents The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua.
